1) Services and subscription scope

The Services may include monthly reports and AI-assisted scheduling/alerts as decision support to help you coordinate leads and outreach. The Services are not a replacement for your own judgment or for real-time operational control.

Any described features (e.g., “AI alerts” or “recommendations”) are provided as support tools and may change over time without notice.

2) No “real-time” control or guaranteed outcomes

You understand that outputs may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not provide real-time control over your systems, third-party platforms, or communications unless expressly stated in writing.

We do not guarantee specific business results (including lead volume, conversions, revenue, or appointment bookings). Any performance metrics are not promises or warranties.

3) Disclaimers

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• We do not warrant that the Site/Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Services or attempt to interfere with or disrupt systems; (b) use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond what is provided through the Services; (c) use the Services to violate applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) introduce malware or otherwise compromise security.

5) Accounts, subscriptions, and payments

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Subscription terms, billing frequency, and renewal details are described at purchase and/or in your subscription confirmation.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will recoverydesk.top, its affiliates, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

7) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless recoverydesk.top and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

9) California privacy policy and consumer rights (if applicable)

If our Services collect personally identifiable information from California residents and/or meet CPRA/CCPA scope, we will provide a compliant privacy policy and required notices, including consumer rights and methods to exercise them.
